good start to the new system.. wants me to activate my account.. use member id as advised and password which I assume is the one I use for previous ticket bookings..... and nothing happens!
So I can't buy a ticket to Juve as a result and I can't sit on the phone for over an hour waiting either..... well done WHUFC again.

Got mine sorted earlier it played up trying yo assign another ticket to my Son's client ref though so we booked individually and got two together

My old man's account uses his existing client ref, but I've got a new one for some reason.
Still no way to upgrade kids tickets or set up the cup scheme for linked accounts in your network.
More time on the phone to the ticket office!

Got two emails this morning for two references I have, got told my new numbers and to activate, went on to do it and the numbers they gave me don't exist...

I waited and waited and waited for a client ref for the little un, as i got him a st for the new ground, untold unanswered emails,and phoning up to be told im wherever in the queue, and id have to wait 40 odd minutes, give up in the end and went to the reservation centre, where it was all sorted in 10 mins.... Seems to be a big fuck up somewhere there
